TANK GIRLS: Sure, fall fashion is already in stores, but here's one summery celebrity gem that just hit the shelves. The Pandora tank by C&C California has been worn by Jennifer Aniston and was ordered by Liv Tyler, Jessica Alba and Hilary and Haylie Duff. So don't let those sweaters rush you—there's still plenty of sleeveless season left....

FREE TO BE CACEE: The fashion PR world was spinning—and not in a good way—on July 22 when East Rutherford, N.J., police arrested Courtney Handel, 23, for posing as Jessica Simpson's assistant and best friend CaCee Cobb. Handel received boots, jewelry, underwear, bags and jeans worth more than $20,000 under the guise that Simpson wanted them. "Jessica and I feel terrible for the generous people who thought they were doing something nice and were really being ripped off by this awful person," says Cobb. Handel was charged with theft by deception and felony fraud and released on $5,000 bail. If convicted, she faces two to five years in prison and up to $75,000 in fines.

Trend of the Week
WIDE HEADBANDS

Look who's banding together. Celebs like Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Simpson and Rachel Bilson look like they're paying homage to the very chic, très French Brigitte Bardotor maybe they've just found the latest, greatest way to hide a bad hair day. Either way, the wide, black headband is a stylish alternative to a baseball hat and a lot sexier too.

JONATHAN ANTIN

The Bravo series' second season ends next week, but Jonathan junkies can still get their fix of their favorite stylist. Antin's new line of hair products are now available to the viewing public. (Its debut at Sephora drew a crowd any boy band would be proud of.) Many of the products are vegan and alcohol-free and all are based on his premise that "great hair should be nothing short of easy." Antin has worked with celebs like Madonna, Kate Bosworth, Alicia Silverstone, Kirsten Dunst and Tobey Maguire but is still surprised by his own screaming fans. "If I was a rock star, I'd be used to it by now," says Antin. "But I'm just a hairstylist."
