On Sept. 14 in Santa Monica, David Hesterbey, a man who allegedly entered Jennifer Aniston's Malibu home in August, was ordered not to come within 100 yards of the actress for three years. Hesterbey was arrested after he allegedly broke into Aniston's house and told a staffer he was "looking for Jennifer." The actress was not home at the time. On Sept. 19 in Madera County, Calif., a judge ruled that Anthony Flores, 29, is not legally required to make child support payments to Amber Frey, 30, the ex-girlfriend of convicted murderer Scott Peterson, because he is not the biological father of her older daughter, Ayianna, born in 2001. The judgment was based on a paternity test. "I can't believe Amber and her attorney would...not have the decency to apologize for what they've done," says Flores, who notes that he was paying $567 a month.
