He's the type of bad boy her OC mother Julie Cooper would hate—but the 19-year-old starlet appears to be totally in tune with singer Adler, 27, of the L.A. rock outfit Whitestarr. Barton, who broke up with oil heir Brandon Davis in July, and Adler, whose failed engagement to Rod Stewart's daughter Kimberly reportedly resulted in her altering a tattoo from "Daddy's Little Girl Loves Cisco" to "Daddy's Little Girl Loves Disco," have been spotted dining around L.A. On Oct. 30 they were seen smooching (right) in Malibu. "She's really happy," says a source close to Barton. "They're taking it one day at a time, but
they're together and having fun."
WOODY WAXES ROMANTIC
If somebody had told me, 'You're going to wind up married to a girl 35 years younger than you and a Korean, not in show business,' I would have said, 'You're crazy,' " Woody Allen says in a new interview with Vanity Fair. And that the girl, his wife, Soon-Yi Previn, 35, would be his ex-lover's adopted daughter? That's fine with Allen, 69, who doesn't regret the scandal sparked when his ex Mia Farrow found nude photos he took of Previn when she was 21. It was, he reportedly says, "one of the great pieces of luck in my life."
While Barton (left) takes it slow, her OC dad has gotten serious. Actor Tate Donovan, 42, a onetime beau of Sandra Bullock's and Jennifer Aniston's, is engaged to Corinne Kingsbury, 29, an L.A.-based entrepreneur. The lifelong bachelor, who currently appears in Good Night, and Good Luck., plans to run the New York City Marathon Nov. 6 and attend a six-hour preparatory marriage counseling session the next day. "Hopefully I can do it in a hot tub," he jokes.
