WHAT WAS SHE THINKING?

Here's one way to dress for any occasion—like Milla Jovovich: Mix a little bit country and a little bit rock 'n' roll with a dose of granny and a dash of Dorothy.

BUT HOW DOES IT LOOK T-SHIRT?
Behold the first viewing of Victoria's Secret's Heavenly 70 Fantasy Bra. "It has this bling-bling diamond in the middle," says VS spokesmodel Tyra Banks. "Women would be out of their minds not to want this!" But afford it? Probably not: The one-of-a-kind bra by Mouawad, made with 2,900 pave diamonds in addition to the single 70-carat diamond in the center, retails for $10 million....
Victoria's Secret's 112-carat diamond bra is for sale in this month's VS holiday catalog.

LIV'N LARGE:
She may be eating for two, but it seems like Liv Tyler is shopping for a small army. The actress is so fond of designer Pamella Pretzel's stretchy (but not maternity) Ella Moss pieces that she calls in orders every other week and has bought more than 30 pieces from the fall collection. Tyler's new favorite item is the striped Willa top—she snagged one in all eight colors....
Ella Moss Willa top, $79; Barneys New York; 888-8BARNEYS.

THING OF BEAUTY:
Shu Uemura's High Performance Cleansing Oil bottles just got a face-lift—new graphic artwork by Japanese artist Ai Yamaguchi, a protégé of Takashi Murakami, designer of the onetime It bag by Louis Vuitton. Will his influence do for the limited-edition bottles what it did for the bag? Popular since the 1960s (Marilyn Monroe was a fan), the oils—in Light, Classic and Enriched formulas—are now used by Madonna and Debra Messing....

"SUPPORT" A CAUSE:
Susan Sarandon enlisted 30 famous pals to design bras and corsets for Frederick's of Hollywood's Lingerie Art Auction and Fashion Show to benefit the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network. "The best part," says Sarandon, "was when friends came through like Geena [Davis], who in the middle of taking care of her twins not only designed her own corset, but suggested we do one together." On Oct. 18 you can also bid on creations by Julianne Moore and Courteney Cox Arquette at www.fredericks.com.

Trend of the Week
FLOPPY HATS

Imagine if a cowboy hat exhaled—you'd be left with a soft, bohemian floppy topper that hasn't been this chic and popular since Carly Simon wore one on the cover of her 1972 album No Secrets. And that's exactly where Michael Kors, the designer of Jessica Simpson's hat, got the inspiration for the hat he sent down the runway for fall.

Want a Fat Lip?
Ready to plump . . . you up? Well, your lips, anyway. Too Faced claims that their Lip Injection Extreme Lip Plumping Potion works similarly to Viagra in that it contains ingredients that allow for increased blood flow. Hence the puffy pucker, which lasts up to four hours per application. Pamela Anderson uses it, and Cher wanted a case to take on tour.

Fit to Be Tied
What's the hottest common thread now running through celebs' closets? It's a long, silk sequined belt by Shelly Steffee that's being worn by Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, Halle Berry and Brittany Murphy, among others. Clever stars like Rachel Bilson are wearing it around their necks too, adding specks of sparkle to their red-carpet ensembles.
