SCARLETT HITS THE BIG 2-0
Onscreen she often seems wise beyond her years, which is why it's easy to forget that Scarlett Johansson is still a teenager. Well, she was a teenager. Johansson celebrated her 20th birthday last week with some childlike indulgences. First, she visited Disneyland on Nov. 21, where she got Mickey's autograph and shopped on Main Street, USA. Then her mom, sister and stepdad threw the actress a surprise party Nov. 22 in a private room at the Monday-night hot spot Chi, complete with Eeyore and Little Mermaid balloons. Although boyfriend Jared Leto, 32, couldn't make it—he was in New York City promoting Alexander—the room was filled with celebrity friends including Ashton Kutcher, Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jr. and Djimon Hounsou, Johansson's costar in the upcoming sci-fi thriller The Island.

LINDSAY'S MYSTERY ILLNESS?
One hour after Lindsay Lohan was to start scheduled interviews in Beverly Hills to promote her first CD, Speak, on Nov. 23, a rep for her record label told waiting reporters that Lohan had a "fever of 102" and wouldn't be coming. Funny, since the night before, Lohan was spotted dancing near Justin Timberlake at Chi. And the next day Lohan showed up in Manhattan, where she was seen smoking, dancing and text-messaging at Marquee until nearly 3 a.m. with mom Dina, Paris Hilton and Bijou Phillips. "She had a sore throat, not a 102 fever," says her personal publicist, adding that rehearsing for upcoming performances stressed her vocal cords. "They were trying to watch her voice, so they moved the interviews a week later."

TARA'S NEW BEAU
Far from New York City, where her red-carpet wardrobe malfunction made headlines last month, a relaxed Tara Reid has been spending time with NHL star—and Anna Kournikova ex—Sergei Fedorov in Miami. The couple were spotted dining with a group at South Beach's Metro Kitchen+Bar Nov. 23, checking out the scene at Jimmy'z Nov. 24 and partying with Kid Rock on Nov. 26 (the odd trio visited the Shore Club, dined at Touch and danced at clubs Mynt and Rok Bar). On Nov. 29, Reid and Fedorov hit Tantra's VIP section, where Reid spent much of the night in Fedorov's lap. "We're very happy," Reid tells us.
