Thanks, PEOPLE, for the delicious cover of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. I didn't know who to drool over first. They're not only beautiful on the outside but on the inside, too.

I don't care if Brad and Angelina are friends or lovers. I do care, however, that they are in a position to help those less fortunate. Many people in Third World countries can't afford food, shelter or an education, let alone the cost of a magazine. Kudos to Brad and Angelina.
There's no doubt the backlash of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston's divorce will be felt mostly by Angelina. People are quick with assumptions. It no longer matters that Jolie lives her life with purpose. Even her role as devoted mom and active humanitarian is forgotten. Instead, she's doomed to be labeled the homewrecker. With such a cloud over the true nature of Pitt and Jolie's relationship or the cause of his divorce, is it really fair to pass on bitterness?
Brad and Angelina look like two office knuckleheads trying to one-up everyone by hiding their alleged affair. Deflecting personal questions by redirecting them to concerns about Third World countries and acting like they barely know each other is just plain comedy.
So what if they're having a romance? if Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are attracted to each other and have a lot in common, then it's a good thing.

I can sympathize after reading about Maureen Regan and others who long for a second child. My husband and I tried to conceive for almost eight years. The procedures and medications made me ill. We decided to end our quest for a biological child and adopted a gorgeous baby girl from China. A woman doesn't have to give birth to a child to love it. My sweet daughter didn't grow under my heart, but in it.
TOM AND KATIE BABBLE
I love seeing Tom Cruise so head-over-heels about Katie Holmes. If they were trying to hide their feelings, everyone would be trying to figure out what's going on. Instead, they're up-front and many people think it's fake.

Cruise will know what true love is when he can stop gushing about how he feels and start showing his love with a lifelong commitment.
Young people, like missing teen Natalee Holloway, sometimes do foolish things. I hope young women in America realize the importance of staying in groups. Girls, have fun, but be safe too!
I'm a teacher and have chaperoned school trips, but I've never heard of a trip like the one sponsored by Holloway's Mountain Brook, Ala., school. There were 124 students to only seven chaperones? The staff should look at itself and realize it's partially to blame for this horrible tragedy.
Oh poor, poor Russell Crowe. Seems instead of acting, this man needs to attend a few anger management classes. The hotel phone didn't work, so Crowe threw it at the desk clerk? What an honor you are to your family, Russell. You definitely need help.
In response to Lee Peterson's Mailbag letter about bringing justice to his son Scott, innocent people don't dye their hair, grow a goatee and get caught trying to flee the country with a large sum of cash. Your son's behavior, Mr. Peterson, during marriage and after his wife Laci's murder, speaks volumes!

In our June 20 Star Tracks, we should have noted Project A.L.S. as the fundraiser of the charity batting practice session and game with the Mets that raised $175,000 for Lou Gehrig's disease research.
