BRIGHT IDEA:
The only hole blacker than the one in outer space is the one inside your bag when it's dark. Now Solas is helping put an end to late-night fumbling for keys. Its clever clutches come with AA batteries and light up when you open them so you can see the contents. Cameron Diaz has one in white and Eva Longoria owns one in gold....

CELEBRITIES ON ICE:
Lindsay Lohan and Teri Hatcher dabbled in diamonds at the opening of the new De Beers store in Manhattan. "One of my friends told me that I shouldn't wear any diamond rings," says Hatcher. "Because guys will think I'm engaged." Lohan is no stranger to sparkly things, but does she own any De Beers pieces? "I don't—maybe I'll get some today!"...

TRUE STORY:
At the launch for Tommy Hilfiger's new fragrance, True Star Men, which hits department stores in September, spokesman Enrique Iglesias said he liked the scent because "it's subtle," and so is the campaign. "It's not like I'm throwing myself around with a cheeseburger in my hand," he added, referring to Paris Hilton's cavorting with the tasty treat in commercials for Carl's Jr.'s fast-food chain. Guess he had a beef with her ad....

HIGH TECH TUCK!
The secret is criss-cross stitching on the inside panels

PURE JEANIUS:
Tummy Tuck Jean by Not Your Daughter's Jeans has come up with an innovation that might rival the wheel in some circles. Patented criss-cross stitching on the inside of the front pockets creates a corset-like effect that holds in stomachs to make them look flatter—comfortably! With a slightly higher rise and soft, stretchy denim, the jeans claim to contour the hips too and make you look thinner all over. They may not be your daughter's jeans—but they might give you her figure.

INTRODUCING
Wells Butler

CLAIM TO FAME: Primp, her one year-old line of comfy clothes that are whimsical and feminine
CELEB FANS: Lindsay Lohan, Rachel Bilson, Nicole Richie, Debra Messing

If Wells Butler wins a fashion award, she won't thank the little people—she'll thank the big ones. "It was like a dream come true," says the Iowa native of the time she saw Jessica Simpson wearing her hand-dyed sweats on Newlyweds. "I still get emotional." The TV exposure helped launch her line into more than 150 stores. And it added to her celeb roster: Teri Hatcher and Mischa Barton own pieces, and Alicia Keys ordered Primp's sequined hoodie in every color that it comes in. "I feel so blessed that this has happened to me."
Sequined hoodie, $185,
Ice-cream sweats, $135,
Ice-cream miniskirt, $124; 888-547-2554.

Star Talk

Celebs dish about Jimmy Choos and wearing them naked (with Cartier jewels) in the photo book 4 Inches. A portion of the sales benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation.

"The Jimmy Choos I wear the most are the beige strapless ones with the kitten heel that you wear with anything. They're fabulous."
MOLLY SIMS

"[Posing naked] was just for fun. I've done it more than a few times."
LARA FLYNN BOYLE

"I was really scared because I was in the middle of the street. I was like, 'Make sure there's no paparazzi because that'll be crazy!' "
PARIS HILTON

"It was really fun to shoot. It was so random wearing these fancy shoes and these diamonds and standing out there in the woods naked."
REBECCA ROMIJN

"It was for a very, very good cause, and I've taken my clothes off for a lot less. I have so many pairs of Jimmy Choos. They're my weakness."
MINNIE DRIVER
