She dazzles. "Her Lips have a great shape—very full and pouty in the middle," says Dr. Garth Fisher, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon and member of ABC's Extreme Makeover team. "They frame her smile very well. They look good even without lipstick, but when you apply it, it's like, 'Wow!' "
MOST WANTED: [Skin]
She glows. "Her face says Boni E. Elewski, M.D., president of the American Academy of Dermatology, who applauds Kidman's well-known dedication "to staying out of the sun—wearing a hat and wearing sunscreen." But, adds Elewski, such radiant skin isn't just about protection. "Kidman's hair complements her light complexion, which complements her eye color—the hues flatter her."
MOST WANTED: [NOSE]
He Commands. "His nose is strong, but it works with his face," says Dr. Steven Pearlman, a Manhattan plastic surgeon and president-elect of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. "It's about two-thirds the width of his mouth and a perfect one-third of the length of his face, and his wide cheekbones and square jaw balance the width."
MOST WANTED: [Eyes]
"She sparkles. "She has sexy eyes," says Dr. Toby G Mayer, codirector of the Beverly Hills Institute of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery and a surgeon to celebrities. "She's got great eyebrow position, the shape is fantastic, and you don't see a lot of her eyelid. She's open on the inner part of the eye, but the outer part is low. When you're young and that area is filled with plump skin, it looks attractive."
MOST WANTED: [Cheekbones]
He smolders. "His cheek structure really stands out," says Dr. Rod Rohrich, president of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and professor of plastic surgery at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. "They're high, angular and very well defined, which is a bit unique, especially in a male. They add a whole other dimension to his face."
