Extended Edition (Universal, $29.98) Matt Damon proved himself a brainy action hero playing an amnesiac ex-CIA assassin on the run in Europe in this gripping 2002 spy thriller. The sequel, The Bourne Supremacy, is due in theaters July 23. (PG-13) Extras: Plentiful, but they don't add up to much. Deleted scenes include gentler opening and closing scenes, shot post-9/11 but unused. In brief interview snippets, Damon promises the sequel offers some "shocks." A featurette on Bourne author Robert Ludlum reveals that he wrote his 20-plus novels in longhand using a No. 2 pencil.
