The Fastest Blow-Dry

What it is: HairArt's new T3 tourmaline blow-dryer ($200; Sure, it's pricier than drugstore dryers, but it uses negative ions (which neutralize hair's positive charge) and infrared heat for a sleek, no-frizz look.

Why it's hot: The T3 was a fave of stylists at the spring fashion shows, where speed is crucial. And on the Will & Grace set, "it dries at least 75 percent faster then any dryer I've used," says Debra Messing's stylist, Luke O'Connor of Beverly Hills' Lukaro Salon. "I dry Debra's hair in 10-12 minutes."
