"Getting married is a ball," the rocker tells Blender in its November issue. "Getting married is the most fun you can have in life. Being married sucks."
Kid Rock, 36, wed Pamela Anderson in three separate ceremonies in July and August of last year. They filed for divorce in November.
Taking questions from fans as part of Blender's "Dear Superstar" feature, Kid Rock (real name: Bob Ritchie) is also asked about the sex tape that became public featuring himself, Creed singer Scott Stapp and four women.
"I do want to apologize publicly for that tape," he says. "Not for the tape ... just for hanging out with Scott Stapp."
He also discusses his famous partying ways, and recounts one particular hot-tub party at singer Gretchen Wilson's house in Nashville. The morning after, he says, Wilson said to him, "You know, I woke up this morning, and your Confederate-flag boxers were hanging on my Grammy."
Never one to muffle his opinions, he also gives a scathing review of American Idol, a show that doesn't exactly sit well with him.
