Katherine Heigl, hanging out backstage with her
fiancé
Josh Kelley after his show at the Troubadour in
Los Angeles. While fellow
Grey's Anatomy star
T.R. Knight had a spot on the guest list, he was a no show. Instead, Heigl watched the concert with a group of girlfriends – and the group
received a personal welcome from Kelley himself. (The singer escorted them
in before his set, a fellow concertgoer reports.) Following the show, Heigl
snuck outside for a cigarette, chatting with
Topher Grace before
heading backstage.
Kate Hudson, going (mostly) unnoticed during a
quiet meal with a female friend at Abe & Louie's, a steakhouse in Boston's
Back Bay neighborhood. "They were there for a couple of hours, just
relaxing," a restaurant source tells us. For dinner, the actress dined on a
rib eye steak.
Ashley Olsen, strategizing with a security guard
at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont about the most incognito way to leave
the celeb-studded hotel. Sporting black leggings and an oversized black
sweater, Olsen took off with a gal pal. More overt, a gorgeous
Helena Christensen towered over two female friends in the lobby, sporting black-rimmed glasses and a jersey-knit dress – all while engaging in some girl talk.
Paris Hilton, making a bee line right for
Stavros Niarchos while partying at Hollywood hotspot the Green Door. The
heiress, who recently met up with her ex for a
secret movie date, pulled Niarchos
away from his pal
Jack Osbourne, leading him to a corner
table. With her right arm wrapped around his waist, Hilton whispered with
her ex as Tina Turner's version of Robert Palmer's "Addicted to Love" played.

Rosario Dawson, stepping out for a humanitarian cause at
the launch of the ONE campaign's new T-shirt (designed by EDUN) in Venice,
Calif. While
Sean Penn and
Josh Harnett, both stars of
this year's ad campaign, chatted outdoors,
Helena Christensen (who
photographed the ads) worked the room. Dawson observed the scene, joking
with us, "I'm standing here, like, I'm not in this campaign." (Dawson is an
alum of the 2006 campaign.) "We tried to get you!" the supermodel teased back to her. Replied Dawson: "Next one." Meanwhile back outside, Hartnett snacked on
curried shrimp skewers with two female friends. And Penn – clad in
Ray-Ban aviators, a plaid shirt and work boots – silently smoked
cigarettes he bummed off a fellow guest.
