Caught in the Act!

• Gisele Bündchen, soaking up the surf on Miami Beach. In town with beau Tom Brady, the model met up with her quarterback prince after his team's victory against the Miami Dolphins. The coupled dined at Prime 112 before hitting Skybar's Redroom Garden at The Shore Club in identical outfits – matching jeans and white T-shirts (!). And if that's not "awww"-inducing enough, onlookers tell us there was plenty of smooching going on between the two.

• Also at the Shore Club, Kid Rock enjoyed happier times, pre-arrest. The rocker lounged by the pool with Russell Simmons and Dennis Rodman before playing a local concert. Later, while Kid was clubbing at Mokai, the ladies were not shy about approaching his booth.

• Patrick Dempsey, briskly strolling from St. Germain along the Left Bank's Rue Bonaparte in Paris. Continuing along the Seine with friends, a mostly unrecognized Dempsey stopped and lingered through a number of bookseller stalls along the quai.

• The Color Purple star Fantasia Barrino, surprising dancer Kimba Shannon with a birthday cake at Tillman's in New York. It was a bittersweet occasion for the group: The party was a send-off for Shannon, who is leaving the company to join Celine Dion's tour as a dancer.

• Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds, attending a Barack Obama fundraiser at the Malibu home of studio executive Ron Meyer. A guest tells us, "Tracey's ring was huge, and she was more than obliged to show it off while meeting guests." Similarly outgoing, Murphy, who can be shy, shook hands with guests and made jokes alongside Edmonds. Also there: Pierce Brosnan and his wife.

• Rapper Eve, keeping Philadelphia eatery Positano Coast open past midnight so the Philly native could feast on seafood specialties and champagne with her friends.
