The former Hills star is serving a 30-day sentence for assault and a minor exhibiting signs of intoxication, both of which he plead guilty to on Wednesday. A charge of criminal trespass was dropped.
However, Wahler "could get out in 20 days for good behavior," says Ruth Bowman, spokeswoman for the Seattle City Attorney's Office.
The charges stem from his April 8 arrest after a drunken melee at a Seattle hotel.
His rep did not immediately respond to calls for comment.
The 20-year-old completed rehab over the summer and became engaged to college tennis player Katja Decker-Sadowski.
