Charges Dropped Against Kristy Swanson

Canadian authorities have dropped assault charges against Skating with Celebrities star Kristy Swanson, reports Access Hollywood.

The actress – who took up with her then-married skating partner Lloyd Eisler during the reality show – was arrested in June following an altercation with the Olympian's ex-wife Marcia O'Brien. (At the time, Swanson, claimed she was the victim.)

Swanson, 37, and Eisler, 44, have a son, Magnus, 8 months. Swanson told PEOPLE that she was "thrilled" when she heard the news of the dropped charges. – Kate Stroup
