He's the man of a thousand roles and one face, a rumpled, average-looking guy with no hair. "It started to go at 20 or 21," says J.K. Simmons, 51, who plays Kyra Sedgwick's boss. "I've been a 50-year-old character actor waiting to be discovered since I was 25." His oh-that-guy credits include Oz, Law & Order and the Spider-Man movies, where he dons a flattop toupee to play Tobey Maguire's employer. "I can get hair anytime I want."
