Radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh, 55, was detained June 26 in West Palm Beach's airport after customs officials discovered he had a bottle of Viagra without a prescription. A lawyer for Limbaugh, who reached an agreement May 1 over alleged prescription drug fraud, said Limbaugh's physician had prescribed the drugs in his own name instead of Limbaugh's for "privacy purposes."
E. Pierce Marshall, 67—who battled Anna Nicole Smith
, 38, over the estate of his father, J. Howard Marshall II—died June 20 in Dallas from an infection. Marshall said that the ex-Playmate, who married his 89-year-old father when she was 26, wasn't entitled to any of the oil tycoon's $1.6 billion fortune. The case is pending after a Supreme Court ruling.
Moose, the feisty Jack Russell terrier who played Eddie on NBC's Frasier for nine years, died June 22 at age 16. "He had incredible charisma," his trainer Mathilde Halberg tells PEOPLE. "He will never be forgotten."
