So what's keeping Kim from making the same mistakes as some of her famous friends? "I do not drink alcohol at all," she told PEOPLE at her Playboy party in New York City Tuesday night. "My sisters drink, so when they get a little crazy, I am there to pull them down." True to form, Kim never touched the bottles of alcohol sitting on her table at Club Retreat.
Kardashian may be keeping out of trouble, but the same can't be said for one of Kim's high-profile friends who is still serving time. The new Playboy model believes Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis will be out soon. "He is an amazing guy," says Kim. "He is misjudged for what he does for a living, but the situation is very unfortunate – he is in jail and he is not a murderer and hasn't done anything wrong."
