"They just pop," Halliwell, 35, tells PEOPLE of her recently returned stomach muscles. "I never go on a diet – at all. I go for walks, a little bit of yoga. That's it. I eat literally every two or three hours," adding that she drinks "loads of water."
The mum of Bluebell Madonna gets to show off her post-baby physique at the newly reunited Spice Girls' performance at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, airing Dec. 4 on CBS. (The group's greatest-hits disc hits goes on sale exclusively at Victoria's Secret stores Tuesday.)
The fashion show performance and the group's world tour are "going to be the best show ever," says the group's Ginger Spice. "You're going to be thoroughly entertained." The show is "going to take you up, spin you around, and throw you back out," she says.
Despite the high-energy show, these days Spice Girls rehearsals are full of babies and husbands, though Halliwell notes she's the "only single one in the band." (The baby's father is an ex-boyfriend)
"No, I'm not [dating anyone]," she says. "I've got lots of things in my life. Someone's going to have to completely bowl me over. I can't be bothered anymore!"
She's putting her energy into her relationships with the other group members. She explains of her early departure, in 1998, from the then-touring quintet: "I think [hard feelings are] all in the past."
This reunion tour is "about rebuilding relationships and celebrating the past," she says. "I just really wanted to create new memories. The way I see it, this is a once in a lifetime experience."
One thing hasn't changed: the band's brash sexiness
Halliwell says the Spices are scoring some complimentary lingerie out of their deal with Victoria's Secret, which is exclusively selling Spice Girls: Greatest Hits, thanks to Melanie C. bluntly asking: "Can we have some underwear?"
As for Halliwell, the 5'2" singer is just happy to be singing and leaving the modeling to the "six-footers with endowed boobies."
