Another day, another paparazzo injured on the Britney Spears beat. In a new video taken Wednesday night, shutterbugs surrounded Spears's car at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, TMZ reports. With cameras flashing and Spears driving at a slow crawl, one got too close and purportedly ended up under her front tire.
