For expectant mom Elisabeth Rohm, naming her baby meant a fall from Grace.

The former Law & Order actress, who is due to deliver a baby girl in April, tells PEOPLE that the pending arrival's name came to her in a dream.

"In the dream I was picking her up from a friend's house, and she wouldn't respond to her name, Grace," said the 34-year-old actress, who is engaged to entrepreneur Ron Wooster, 40.

"Finally I said, 'Easton?' and she turned around and said, 'Yes Mommy?' We were leaning towards [naming the baby] Grace but in the end decided to give her the name she asked for," says Rohm.

As for carrying Easton, Rohm – who currently stars as Michael Vartan's love interest on ABC's Big Shots – says, "I feel better than ever. The pregnancy is making me happier than I've ever been."

She and Wooster hope to wed next September, but have placed wedding plans on hold as they make room for baby.

"We're more concerned with the color of her nursery than the type of wedding cake," says Rohm, "but it's all coming together."

Indeed, only last August Rohm had told PEOPLE, "We absolutely will have a family. I don't know when, but we're both hopeful for a family."
