• Rebecca Romijn, taking a casual stroll with hubby Jerry O'Connell through Los Angeles. The Ugly Betty star recently celebrated her 35th birthday with her husband – and a cheery party hat!

• A chatty Eva Longoria, getting her hair done at The Michael Boychuck Salon at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. The Desperate Housewives star dished with her stylist about being out of work (because of the ongoing writers strike) and jokingly asked if the salon was hiring.

• Even comedians need some pampering sometimes! Jack Black,spotted waiting for his treatments at the Spa at Equinox at The Sunset in West Hollywood.

Café Midi

• Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, eating a late brunch with friends at Los Angeles's Café Midi. Says an observer: "It was family time; they were with kids and friends eating." The observer reports that Stefani didn't miss a beat as her son, Kingston, 17 months, sat in a friend's lap. "She was such a mommy, baby talking with him," the eyewitness tells us. "They were all just so cute!"

• Friday Night Lights star (and John Mayer's current lady friend) Minka Kelly, hitting Urth Caffe for a late lunch with a gal pal. The two sat at a sidewalk table and talked while patiently waiting for their food. Kelly kept it healthy, drinking ice water with lemon and a mixed green salad topped with tuna. She still got her sweet fix, though, splitting a pastry with her friend.
