"Lance and I remain great friends," the designer said Monday at the grand opening of her new Tory Burch boutique at Bal Harbour in Miami Beach.
Last month it was confirmed that the couple had had an amicable breakup due to reasons of "geography," according to a source.
The seven time Tour de France winner lives in Texas while Burch, a mother of six, lives in New York.
As for how she manages a career and motherhood, she says: "The main reason I can be a mom to six kids and run a business that is expanding so quickly is because I have a great team. I like talented people, and I know how to delegate."
Armstrong was most recently linked to Ashley Olsen, though he has said that he and the actress are "strictly friends."
