Kanye West paid a Thanksgiving Day tribute to his late mother Thursday as he continued his European Tour.

During a somber, two-hour concert at London's O2 Arena, the rapper out on an emotional set that included "Hey Mama," his 2005 ode to mom Donda, who died Nov. 10, one day after undergoing plastic surgery. West memorably broke down in tears while performing the song in Paris last week.

With images of angels behind him, West delivered a strong but emotional rendition of the song in almost complete darkness – the only time TV screens on either side of the stage were switched off. He dedicated it to his mom as the crowd cheered him on, then added, "I got pretty far with that song today, I got pretty far."

West then performed a cover of Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'." He told the crowd, "It's exactly what I think she would want me to do and that's not stop believing."

It has been a remarkably tough week for West, 30, who laid his mother to rest in Oklahoma on Tuesday.

He continues his Glow In The Dark tour with performances across the U.K. through Dec. 4.
