Heather Mills Says the Rich Are 'Snobby or Stingy'

Heather Mills is at it again – this time it's the wealthy (not the media) she's after.

Poised to become a "rich person" herself, courtesy of the fortune of her estranged husband, Paul McCartney, Heather Mills has denounced the rest of the "snobs" as a whole. During a recent speech to the Trinity College Dublin debating society, she claimed that she befriended people of money only to help her various crusades.

Mills said, "Sadly, you have to mix at a certain level of people to raise the level of funds you need to bring about the greater good. Because people are very snobby. These people who have lots of money, they're either snobby or they're stingy. If you have lots of money, you have to be stingy – because why would you want that amount of money?"

And while McCartney has allegedly offered her a divorce settlement of fifty million dollars, she purportedly wants at least double, which would place her indisputably among those she's bad mouthing. – Karen Salkin
