A trial date has been set for April 7, 2008, the Associated Press reports.
Simpson, 60, entered his plea before District Court Judge Jackie Glass in Clark County, Nevada. Two co-defendants, Clarence "C.J." Stewart and Charles "Charlie" Ehrlich, also pleaded not guilty.
The three men will be tried on 12 counts in total, including aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery. They are accused of stealing items from several sports memorabilia dealers in a confrontation at the Palace Station Casino on Sept. 13.
Three witnesses have accepted plea deals to testify against Simpson.
Discrediting Witnesses
In preliminary hearings earlier this month, Simpson's defense attorneys argued that the property belonged to Simpson in the first place, and also attempted to discredit the witnesses and their motives.Simpson was acquitted in criminal court on double-murder charges in 1995 in the deaths of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald Goldman.
