Las Vegas's Tao hosted a two-day bash in honor of its second anniversary. JIMMY KIMMEL kicked off the festivities by ringing in his 40th b-day with friends, family and longtime girlfriend SARAH SILVERMAN Nov. 9. "He was loving every minute of it," says an observer. (The TV host also partied on a customized basketball "Kimmel Court" at the Palms hotel.) The next night EVE celebrated turning 29, while ANGIE HARMON, JEREMY PIVEN, EMMY ROSSUM and AVRIL LAVIGNE feasted on sushi and kobe beef before hitting the club's VIP area. Also on hand for the fun: ROSARIO DAWSON, who took to the dance floor with mom ISABEL DAWSON.
DEMI'S 45TH-BIRTHDAY FIESTA
DEMI MOORE and ASHTON KUTCHER flew to Punta Mita, Mexico, Nov. 10 for Moore's 45th. First the couple partied surfside with friends. "He was throwing his arms around [Demi] and splashing everyone," says a source. "They looked insanely happy." The party continued the next day as the gang celebrated while listening to mariachi music and watching a fireworks show at Joe Francis's Casa Aramara estate.
Dancing with the Stars' JENNIE GARTH should thank ex-Beverly Hills, 90210 co-star Luke Perry if she wins. "I vote for her 11 times a week!" Perry said at the Zimmer Children's Museum Discovery Awards dinner in L.A. Nov. 8. "She's incredible."
Are MARY-KATE OLSEN and STAVROS NIARCHOS back on? Despite being linked to hockey player Sean Avery, Olsen was seen leaving West Hollywood's club Hyde with her ex Nov. 12. A source says Olsen and Avery "haven't known each other long enough to be serious."
"I [want] to show my kids, 'Mommy was a pop star for years,'" says VICTORIA BECKHAM when asked about reuniting with the Spice Girls. "We've watched Daddy play soccer. I want them to see what I did!"
