Four years after a near-fatal tiger mauling put an end to their magic act, Las Vegas showmen Siegfried Fischbacher, 68, and Roy Horn, 63, sound ready to hit the Strip.
"A good magician never lets the cat out of the bag," the still-recovering Horn told the Las Vegas Review-Journal when asked about a possible comeback. "Act surprised when you hear about it."
"It's all in the experimental stage, conceptual," added Fischbacher.
Horn, who nearly died in October 2003 when he was bitten by a 600 lb. white tiger during a performance at The Mirage, has said he's determined to make a full recovery. These days, his regimen includes physical therapy, exercise and spirited games of racquetball.
"All the doctors say what he's doing now is impossible," Fischbacher told the paper. "I've always said, 'I am the magician and Roy is the magic.'"
