Sierra was charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole (on previous charges of felony battery and cocaine possession charges). Sierra is being detained without bail. Her next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 20.
The former American Idol contestant was a finalist in 2005. She has subsequently gone into a California rehab center as part of a VH1 celebrity reality show scheduled to air next year.
