Former TV host Gary Collins was sentenced Thursday to four days in jail after pleading no contest to driving under the influence, according to prosecutors.

It was his second DUI arrest within the last 10 years.

Collins, 69, who checked into a rehab facility last month, also was sentenced to four years probation, must pay a $500 fine, perform 100 hours of community service, complete an 18-month alcohol program, attend 26 AA meetings and pay restitution to the owners of the cars he hit.

The actor was busted after an accident in the San Fernando Valley on Oct. 23. Police, however, say the former Hour Magazine and Home Show host was not at fault for the crash.
