Perhaps all the attention – and the rave reviews – that his movie with Keira Knightley has been receiving since its September premiere at the Venice Film Festival is getting to him, but James McAvoy suggested a need for a little bolstering at Thursday night's L.A. opening of Atonement. Asked how he was coping with his newfound success, the Scottish actor, 28, true to his roots, unscrewed the ball-top of a rope stand and told PEOPLE, "It would be better if you could put whiskey in it, right?"
