Jeopardy's Alex Trebek Suffers Minor Heart Attack

Jeopardy host Alex Trebek was hospitalized Tuesday after suffering a minor heart attack.

"He has had a very minor heart attack. He is resting comfortably," a show rep tells PEOPLE.

Trebek, 67, suffered the heart attack Monday night in Los Angeles. Doctors say he is expected to recovery fully and return to the game show when production is set to resume in early January, the rep says.
