Before making her public debut at the Z100 Jingle Ball Friday, Ashley Tisdale sat for an exclusive photo shoot with PEOPLE in Los Angeles on Wednesday Dec. 12, to show off her new look after undergoing a rhinoplasty procedure.

"I like the way it looks. It is like it was when I was a little girl," the High School Musical star says of her nose, which she had surgery on because of a severely deviated septum. "I like that it still looks like me."
