According an AP report, Newport Beach police arrested the 26 year-old actress, who's sometimes a correspondent for Tyra Banks’ talk show, when the car she was in was pulled over just before 5 a.m. in Orange County.
Fishel was released shortly thereafter.
No word yet as to the conditions of her release or what charges she'll face. –Audrey Fine
