Rebecca De Mornay Charged with 2 DUI Counts

Risky Business star Rebecca De Mornay was formally charged Thursday by the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office with two counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence related to her Oct. 30 arrest in Beverly Hills, TMZ.com reports.

De Mornay, 48, faces arraignment Monday but won't be required to appear in court. The actress, who was described by police as "very cooperative during the arrest," failed a field sobriety test and she later measured a .09 on a Breathalyzer (.08 is the California legal limit). – Stephen M. Silverman
