Britney Spears Taken Out on a Gurney

Britney Spears remains hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, but here's the latest footage of the pop star late last night. Spears, 26, was taken to the hospital strapped to a gurney shortly after midnight Friday morning after authorities had earlier arrived at the residence to intervene in a custody dispute between Spears and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, 29. Authorities believed that Spears was under the influence of an unknown substance.
