Kevin Federline Takes Son Home from Hospital

Kevin Federline took one of his sons from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to his Tarzana home on Friday morning, after his ex Britney Spears was hospitalized overnight.

Custody of their children, Preston and Jayden, was transferred over to Federline when Spears, 26, was taken out of her home on a gurney and rushed by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai. Police said she was "under the influence of an unknown substance."
