KENNY CHESNEY
Wow. After reading Kenny Chesney's story, I admire him even more. Through heartbreak, touring and recording a new album, he still acknowledges the money his fans pay to hear him play and doesn't take it for granted. Good luck finding the right woman for you, Kenny. Whoever she might be, you deserve all good things.

I love Kenny's new album. It's just the right mix of sorrow, hope, regret and "drink till you forget." Unfortunately, I can relate to an impetuous decision to rush a new relationship to the altar and suffer the consequences. People aren't always what they seem, and it takes time to develop a relationship that will stand the test of time. Luckily, Kenny should have no lack of volunteers to help him mend his broken heart.

I'm tired of reading about Kenny Chesney's broken marriage. I think he's used the situation to generate publicity for his new CD and TV show. I don't see Renée Zellweger on the covers of magazines or read about her singing the blues about the breakup. Kenny, Renée is keeping quiet. Why aren't you?

LOTTERY WINNERS
While I congratulate the Wests and the Chaneys on their windfall, I'd like to see a future story in which they've retraced their steps and made good on all the debts they were able to avoid by filing for bankruptcy. When that happens, I will not only be envious of their good fortune but also proud that they are truly a "solid, normal American family."

GRACE AND LILY PEARSON
I was outraged when I read about Grace and Lily Pearson, who survived the plane crash that killed their mother and uncle. Old Republic Insurance Co. issued a policy and accepted premiums from the girls' uncle, and now, when a claim is presented, they accuse him of lying when he isn't alive to defend himself. Two beautiful girls are suffering because of the focus on the bottom line. Old Republic, it's not too late to do the right thing. Pay this family now and let them continue with their healing.

ASHLEE SIMPSON
I'm a fan of Ashlee Simpson's, but after reading that she refused to give a fan an autograph for not kissing her feet, I'm appalled. If it weren't for those fans she wouldn't be who she is. She needs to remember that her fans supported her while she was going through her "vocal" problems. Note to Ashlee: You want fans? Kiss our feet!
