• Scarlett Johansson, whispering the night away with Penélope Cruz during a birthday party for a Hyde employee at the West Hollywood hotspot. Joined by Mischa Barton, the starlets posed for photos with their pal. Meanwhile, Hilary Duff and beau Mike Comrie scoped out the scene before settling in the back of the bar. Duff spent most of her time chatting with a female friend, a clubgoer says. But she did give Elisha Cuthbert a hug goodbye when the actress took off. Also there: Kristin Cavallari.

• Drew Barrymore, working up a sweat on the treadmill at Equinox West Hollywood while watching television.

• Zach Braff and Scrubs castmate Sarah Chalke, checking out upcoming singer-songwriter Ingrid Michaelson at the Troubadour in West Hollywood. According to a fellow concertgoer, Braff was wearing a grey hoodie, attempting to go incognito at the gig, while Chalke, in a navy blue coat, was more "in the open." The pair stood at the bar before moving to the other side of the club.

• Despite a rainy Los Angeles night, Nicollette Sheridanmade it out to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Beverly Hills eatery Crustacean with Michael Bolton. Cuddling together in a private booth, the pair dined on the restaurant's famous garlic noodles and shared a few kisses. Musical entertainment came from Patti LaBelle who performed a 30-minute set of hits like "Lady Marmalade." And Jamie Foxx dodged the rain, sending his mother inside with a bodyguard while he had a personal umbrella holder waiting to escort him inside.

• Lenny Kravitz, dining with some radio contest winners in a large group at Chicago's Brasserie Rhulmann SteakHouse. The rock star treated his fans like old friends, a source says. For dinner, Kravitz enjoyed the special lobster risotto with truffles and a lamb dish.
