• Why is Kristen Bell beaming? Perhaps it's the company? She and boyfriend (and funnyman) Dax Shepard step out for a stroll along Hollywood Blvd.

• Hilary Swank, celebrating with her brother during his wedding reception recently at the Tulio Ristorante at the Hotel Vintage Park in Seattle. During the intimate party, the actress (sans boyfriend John Campisi) stayed under the radar, keeping the focus on her brother's special day. "If you didn't know her, you would never know she was a celeb," a source inside tells us.

• Nicky Hilton, ordering her usual – a salad of avocado, tomato and mozzarella – during a visit to Mauro's Café at Fred Segal with boyfriend David Katzenberg.

• Lindsay Lohan, preparing for the upcoming Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week with a shopping spree at hip Manhattan boutique Blue & Cream Bowery. During the visit, the actress loaded up on goods with her brother Dakota and sister Ali. Said a source, "It was a fun family shopping moment." Among the things Lohan scooped up: a mixed metal diamond bracelet (retail price: $8,000) and some sneakers for her little brother.

• Frankie Muniz, perking up while running into his ex-fiancée, Jamie, at Hyde in West Hollywood. While the former Malcolm In the Middle star was hanging quietly with his guy friends, clubgoers tell us his mood brightened when he made his way over to his ex, putting his hands around her waist as they flirted.
