"She's going to be amazing!" Longoria gushed to PEOPLE at the premiere of her new comedy Over Her Dead Body, about Alba, 26, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Cash Warren.
The actress added: "She has to be one of the most compassionate, loving people you've ever met, and she is going to raise the most awesome human being in this world!"
Longoria also says that Warren, 28, is a great match for Alba. "Cash has to be another amazing human being," she said. "So the two together – it's a no-brainer!"
