The legal world was rocked on Wednesday by news that The Naked Cowboy, a legendary fixture in New York's Times Square known for his music and clean briefs,
is suing the maker of M&M's for $6 million, claiming they ripped off his likeness for a Times Square advertisement featuring a nearly naked singing M&M. "My initial response was like, 'Wow that's cool,' " Mr. Naked Cowboy (aka 37-year-old Robert Burck) tells the
New York Post. "All I've got is my underwear. It's the most brilliant thing that's ever been created from a marketing perspective. You can't stop it."
