Rocker Lenny Kravitz, 43, was rushed to a Miami hospital Feb. 11 after suffering from a series of severe respiratory-tract infections and the flu since mid-January. "Due to extreme dehydration and fatigue, doctors were unable to control it with outpatient treatment and advised the singer to check in to the hospital," said his rep.... Dolly Parton, 62, has postponed her concert tour, in support of the upcoming CD Backwoods Barbie, citing a back problem, the country star announced Feb. 11. "Hey, you try wagging these puppies around a while and see if you don't have back problems!" the singer joked in a statement. "Seriously though, the doctors said I will be good as new in a few weeks."
Barron Hilton, 18, the younger brother of Paris and Nicky, was arrested in L.A. Feb. 12 on suspicion of DUI and carrying a fake license. A sheriff's deputy responded to a call from another driver, who claimed to have spotted the hotel heir driving erratically in a black Mercedes. Hilton, whose sister Paris was arrested for DUI in September 2006, was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned April 14. "Unfortunately Barron is learning a very hard lesson," says a Hilton family friend, who adds that his relatives are "deeply disappointed." ... Unfriendly skies? A suit brought by Pepe Jeans alleges that by not flying its spokesmodel British actress Sienna Miller, 26, from the U.K. to the U.S., Jet Set Private Air Service cost the clothing company more than $160,000. The complaint, filed in New York City Feb. 7, states that Miller and her entourage were denied entry to an aircraft last October due to a lack of proper paperwork "despite having been provided the necessary visa and passport information for each passenger, and having confirmed receipt of that information." A rep for Jet Set did not respond to a request for comment.
Actor Brad Renfro, 25, died of an accidental heroin overdose, the L.A. coroner announced Feb. 8. Friends found the troubled star of the 1994 film The Client dead in his L.A. apartment Jan. 15.
Polly Williams, 33, who was featured in HBO's 2006 documentary Thin, about women with eating disorders, was found dead at her Hixson, Tenn., home Feb. 8. Although the cause of death is unknown, the National Eating Disorders Association lobbyist is believed to have killed herself.
Uno, of Columbia, S.C., became the first beagle ever to win Best in Show at the Westminster Kennel Club dog show, in Manhattan Feb. 12. Handler Aaron Wilkerson says he was named Uno because "We just always knew he was going to be No. 1."
