The 31-year-old star of HBO's Entourage ran down the sidewalk as a woman stayed behind with a stopwatch. Holding up a small sign that read "THIS IS A NON EVENT," Grenier made faces and threw a thumbs-up at the gathered picture-seekers.
When he was spending time with Paris Hilton last August, it was reported that he was not just partying with the heiress, but working on an untitled documentary on paparazzi, with Hilton as a focus. (No word on whether his "non event" signs are part of the project.)
Grenier did a documentary on his real-life reunion with his father last year.
