Mickey Rourke's arrest mug shot

Mickey Rourke has plead guilty to reckless driving – a much lesser offense than the drunk driving charge he was arrested for in November,
the Palm Beach Post
"I did a left U-turn at a red light, but I wasn't drunk," the Angel Heart
actor told the paper.
Rourke was sentenced to six months probation, ordered to pay $1,178.75 in fines and perform 50 hours of community service. He also had some harsh words for the officer who stopped him last year while driving a Vespa in Miami Beach.
"I'm friends with most cops in the city and they told me the guy who got me isn't even liked by his colleagues," Rourke, 51, told the paper. "He's a 400-pound f--- unfit for duty."
"I said to him: 'F--- you, I'm not drunk.' I guess he didn't like that. They started on me at the station with the pencil in front of my eyes," added Rourke. "Then they gave me the breath thing, like, seven times. And it always came out under the limit. I had two drinks hours before they stopped me."
A spokesman for the Miami Beach police department said of the actor's comments, "I'm sorry that's how he feels about an officer who's doing his job."
Instead of working for his community service, Rourke was allowed to buy the hours, which cost him $10 per hour. Additionally, he was ordered to donate $25 to the Ryder Trauma Center and $100 to Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
