Pop quiz: Who's the mother and who's the daugher? The Office star Rashida Jones, 32, poses with her age-defying mom, former model and Mod Squad star Peggy Lipton, 61. Jones says she learned her beauty secrets from her mother – begrudgingly. "My sister and I used to tease Mom about the lengths she'd go to to stay out of the sun and prepare her skin for bed," the actress says as part of Allure magazine's April anti-aging issue. "But seeing how she looks now, I happily eat my words." So what's Lipton's secret? "Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!"
