According to New York's Daily News, the newlyweds checked out of their suite at the One&Only Palmilla in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, after enjoying brunch with family and friends Sunday.
However, a photo surfaced Monday of the pair reading – him lounging with a book about golf and her wading with a book on Darfur – outside a sunny villa somewhere in Mexico.
Manning's parents, Archie and Olivia, and his brothers, Cooper and Peyton, all attended the weekend celebration. Eli Manning, 27, and Nashville native McGrew, 24, were engaged for just over a year. They met in college.
