Just five weeks after delivering twins Max and Emme, Jennifer Lopez, 38, shocked onlookers when she arrived at New York City's Rita Hazan Salon for highlights on March 28, looking as if she had nearly returned to her pre-baby weight. To slim down so quickly, Lopez:
Uses a food-delivery service Instead of immediately resuming her famously intense six-times-a-week workouts, Lopez is focusing on healthy eating, says a source.
Relies on her kids Two babies mean twice the feedings, twice the diaper changes and twice the middle-of-the-night crying sessions, which all add up to some serious running around. Notes Hazan: "Motherhood agrees with her."

SHEDS 15 LBS.

When a hectic travel schedule resulted in a lot of eating out, the 5'3'' Monique Coleman began "treating myself to dessert because I was at a nice restaurant" and hit an all-time high of 140 lbs. To get back in shape for High School Musical 3, which begins filming later this month, she changed her lifestyle as follows:
Her food plan Coleman, 27, cut out juice drinks in favor of water, and her morning omelettes now come with whole wheat toast instead of potatoes. If she wants something sweet, she reaches for a 100-calorie Oreo pack instead of a cookie.
Her exercise plan Monique mixes it up with Pilates, spinning, weight training and dance classes. "Whenever I book a hotel now," she says, "I make sure it has a gym."

NOW 125 lbs., 16 weeks later

THEN 140 lbs.
