Amy Winehouse
Most Wanted/Flynet
A statement to PEOPLE from the singer's U.S. spokesperson said, "Amy Winehouse voluntarily attended a London police station today by appointment. She was arrested in order to be interviewed and is cooperating fully with inquiries. The interview relates to a video handed to police earlier this year."
In January 2008, after being caught on camera allegedly doing drugs, the soul diva, 24, entered rehab.
Late last month, she spent a night in police custody in London after being cautioned for "common assault," a law official told PEOPLE.
In an interview this past Friday – following reports the singer would perform the new James Bond title song – her music producer, Mark Ronson said Winehouse was "not ready to record any music."
