Though the wardrobe budget for Gilles Marini in Sex and the City
wouldn't cover a subway ride, the handsome, French actor-model – who appears as Samantha's usually nude Malibu neighbor, Dante, in the movie – showed up in New York's Rockefeller Plaza Thursday morning decked out in a well-tailored, dark suit.
"I am so blessed," Marini, 32, said on the Today

He was referring to the crowd that had gathered outdoors to see his interview.
The son of a Greek mother and Italian father, Marini – who has been married to wife Carole for 10 years (their son George is 9 and their daughter Juliana, 1) – worked in Milan as a runway model for Armani Jeans. He also described himself as shy, despite his full-frontal (well, in profile, to be precise) nude scene.
